Summer Period Policy:
valid 19 April - 19 Dec

To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to 3 nights’ stay is required at the time of booking.
For stays of 3 nights or less, the full amount will be charged when booking.
Any remaining balance will be due upon check-in.

Amendments

We understand that plans can change.
Should you wish to amend your booking, please notify us in writing at least 10 days prior to your arrival to avoid any deposit penalties.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellations must be received in writing via email. The following charges will apply:

Within 14 days of arrival: 10% deposit penalty
Within 7 days of arrival: 50% deposit penalty
Within 48 hours of arrival: 100% deposit penalty

Winter & Festive Period Policy:
valid 20 Dec - 18 April

For stays of 7 nights or less, the full amount will be charged when booking.
Any remaining balance will be settled upon check-in.

Amendments

We understand that plans can change.
Should you wish to amend your booking, please notify us in writing at least 21 days prior to your arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Policies during Festive Period 20 December – 5 January:

Deposits for stays during the festive period are non-refundable

Date amendments during this period must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellations must be received in writing via email. The following charges will apply:

Within 45 days of arrival: 30% deposit penalty
Within 30 days of arrival: 75% deposit penalty
Within 14 days of arrival: 100% deposit penalty

General Policies

Check in from 16:00 | Check out by 12:00

'No Shows' & early check outs will be charged 100% cost of stay.

We recommend all guests to consider travel insurance.
* Please note deposit/booking refunds will be net of non-refundable card processing fees and a 5% booking charge *

Guests may amend stay dates once - additional amendment requests will be at the discretion of the hotel.
If a booking is amended and subsequently cancelled, a 100% deposit penalty will apply.

Please note we do not accept pets or service animals

Rates quoted in U.S. Dollars and are inclusive of VAT taxes (subject to any Government changes). 
A US$ 6 per night Tourism Sustainability Fee will be added per room & guests will be charged a Government-mandated US$ 3 nightly Climate Resiliency Levy per room.
