Summer Rate Period Policy:
(19 April - 19 Dec)

3 nights’ deposit is required and will be debited at the time of booking. Reservations shorter than 3 nights’ during this period will be required to pay in full at the time of booking which acts as a deposit. Any remaining balance is due upon check-in. Written cancellation by email at least 14 days prior to arrival, amendments at least 10 days prior to avoid penalty charge of deposit forfeiture. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be 3 nights' charge or 50% of total accommodation charge; whichever is greater.

Winter & Festive Period Policy:
(20 Dec - 18 April)

7 nights’ deposit is required and will be debited at time of booking. Reservations shorter than 7 nights’ during this period will be required to pay in full at the time of booking which acts as a deposit. Any remaining balance is due upon check-in. Amendments received in writing at least 21 days prior to avoid penalty charge of deposit forfeiture. Written cancellation by email, the following charges will apply; within 45-30 days of arrival: 30% deposit penalty, 29-15 days 75% deposit penalty, within 14 days 100% of the deposit. 

Deposits for stays during the festive period 20 December - 5 January are non-refundable.
Date amendments during festive received in writing at least 60 days prior,  to avoid penalty charge of deposit forfeiture.

Check in from 16:00 | Check out by 12:00

'No Shows' & early check outs will be charged 100% cost of stay.

We recommend all guests to consider travel insurance.
* Please note deposit/booking refunds will be net of non-refundable card processing fees and a 5% booking charge *

Guests may amend stay dates once - additional amendment requests will be at the discretion of the hotel.
Full deposit penalty will apply to any booking subsequently cancelled after the first date amendment.

Please note we do not accept pets or service animals

Rates quoted in U.S. Dollars and are inclusive of VAT taxes (subject to any Government changes). 
A US$ 6 per night Tourism Sustainability Fee will be added per room & guests will be charged a Government-mandated US$ 3 nightly Climate Resiliency Levy per room.
